As the impact of the pandemic gradually subsides in our country, we have also accelerated our transition toward normalization in our business operations.
Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, our top priority as a company has been to protect the health of our employees, customers, and everyone we interact with, while continuing our commercial activities without interruption. Thanks to the infrastructure we established to support remote working, we have not only maintained but expanded our presence in the industry over the past year. Most importantly, we have continued our operations without posing any health risks—especially to our team.
With the nationwide vaccination campaign gaining momentum, and as we anticipate that all our staff will soon be eligible for vaccination, our company—powered by a young and dynamic team—has officially entered the normalization phase.
The teams that have been providing remote support to our customers throughout the pandemic will now begin assisting from the office on designated days of the week. During the entire pandemic period, our dedicated shipment team continued to operate on-site, working tirelessly to ensure that our customers were not affected. Likewise, our technical service department, which delivers after-sales support, made every effort to assist all customers in line with national health regulations in force at the time.
Our production team did not halt operations during this period. They also actively contributed to the setup of our new factory’s machinery line, ensuring that production will continue at full speed once normalization is fully achieved. Our new headquarters and factory project, currently under construction in Gebze Dilovası, has also been progressing throughout the pandemic in full compliance with hygiene protocols.
As the normalization process gains momentum nationwide, we at FUPA LIFT look forward to resuming our operations at full capacity as soon as possible, in alignment with the vaccination calendar and with the full return of our team to the workplace.
