Born in 1961, Rıza Latif completed his undergraduate studies in Electrical & Electronics Engineering in 1985 and subsequently earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration, graduating with honors.
Motivated by his strong interest in international trade, he founded Fupa Asansör in 1988 with the vision of establishing a manufacturing company that exports elevator components abroad. Since its establishment, he has held a leading role in the company’s management.
In 2019, following the acquisition of Fupa Asansör shares by Sandflower, the parent company of the Fermator Group, he continued to serve as Chairman of the Board.
Actively involved in non-governmental organizations and social initiatives, Rıza Latif holds various roles, including as a Board Member of AYSAD, a Member of the ELA Component Committee, and a Member of the Chamber of Commerce. He is the father of two and grandfather of two. In his free time, he enjoys walking, playing table tennis, and gardening.
Born in 1972 in Reus, Spain, Eduard Amigo graduated from the University of Barcelona with a degree in Business Administration. He later completed a Master's program in International Business at the Chamber of Commerce of Barcelona, while also interning at Tecnolama SA, headquarters of the Fermator Group.
Throughout his career within Fermator, he played a key role in the company’s global expansion by developing international partnerships, establishing production bases worldwide, and contributing to the company’s strategic growth.
In 2019, he became a member of the executive committee, focusing on Marketing, Sales, and After-Sales, and also joined the Board of Directors at Fupa Lift following the acquisition by Sandflower Sarl.
Eduard Amigo enjoys skiing and mountain climbing with his three sons, activities he has been passionate about since childhood.
Born in 1990, Can Latif completed his high school education in German at one of Turkey’s most prestigious institutions, Istanbul Erkek Lisesi. He continued his undergraduate studies at the Boğaziçi University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering, and completed part of his education at Technische Universität München in Germany.
Fluent in both German and English, Latif gained valuable engineering experience at globally renowned companies such as Daimler Mercedes-Benz AG in Germany and Schindler Elevators in Switzerland. He then joined Fupa Asansör in 2014 and continued his professional career.
Taking a break from his career for postgraduate education, he earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at University of California, Santa Barbara, one of the leading universities in the United States. During this period, he also worked at FLIR Vision Systems, further enriching his international business experience. Following his graduation, he resumed his career in the elevator industry.
Can Latif is married with two children. Outside of his professional life, he is interested in urban photography and enjoys playing the guitar.

She pursued her undergraduate studies at the Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Architecture, Department of Architecture, and completed part of her education at Technische Universität München in Germany.
Fluent in both German and English, Latif worked in Germany in the fields of facility management and project consultancy related to her profession. In Türkiye, she held architectural positions and served as a project manager in various projects at leading companies such as Tekfen İnşaat and Mesa Mesken İnşaat. In 2015, she resumed her professional career within Fupa Asansör.
A mother of one, İdil Latif is also interested in culinary arts and vocal training in her spare time.
