  • Providing products and services that meet the requirements of the Quality Management System Standard and the applicable conditions of relevant parties,
  • Ensuring the effective implementation, review, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System,
  • Carrying out activities to instill the Quality Management System in all our employees and increase their competencies,
  • Improving customer and employee satisfaction through high quality and high efficiency in our products and services with our investments in digitalization and automation,

Our Environmental Policy

As FUPALIFT, in line with our principle of “Environmental Sustainability”, we carry out our activities under the guidance of the ISO 14001 Standard. In all our processes, we prioritize activities that will increase environmental awareness among our employees and relevant parties. In line with these activities;

  • Fulfilling the Environmental Management System Standard and relevant national and international compliance obligations,
  • Using natural resources efficiently, reducing waste, and preventing environmental pollution in all our operations,
  • Regularly reviewing to monitor, analyze and continuously improve our environmental impacts, and taking steps to enhance the effectiveness of our Environmental Management System,
  • Sustainable use of resources to protect the environment,
  • Reducing the effects of climate change, including the reduction of our corporate carbon footprint, and protecting biodiversity,

Our Occupational Health and Safety Policy

As FUPALIFT, in line with our principle of “Working Standards”, we carry out our activities under the guidance of the ISO 45001 Standard. We always prioritize the health and safety of all our stakeholders and ensure a safe working environment by identifying risks in advance. Using appropriate technologies, we adopt a preventive approach, prioritizing the safety and health of all stakeholders and ensuring they feel this. In line with these activities;

  • Ensuring safe and healthy working conditions to prevent work-related injuries and health impairments based on the principle of eliminating hazards at the source and adapting the job to the person,
  • Fulfilling the Occupational Health and Safety Management System Standard and national and international compliance obligations,
  • Continuously improving our occupational health and safety management system,
  • Maintaining communication with our employees in occupational health and safety activities, sharing practices, continuously raising awareness through training activities, and ensuring the participation of employee representatives in occupational health and safety programs,

Our Energy Policy

As FUPALIFT, in line with our principles of “Environmental Sustainability” and “Innovation and Production”, we carry out our activities under the guidance of the ISO 50001 Standard. In our processes, we continue to implement engineering solutions to improve energy efficiency and effectiveness. In line with these activities;

  • Providing a framework for setting, reviewing, and updating energy objectives and targets, working with stakeholders to achieve these goals, ensuring accessibility to information, and providing the necessary resources and support,
  • Fulfilling applicable legal and other requirements related to energy efficiency, energy use, and energy consumption,
  • Reducing energy consumption, carrying out activities to continuously improve energy performance and the EnMS, and monitoring the results,
  • Supporting the procurement of energy-efficient products and services that affect energy performance,
  • Supporting design activities that consider the improvement of energy performance,
  • Increasing awareness of all our employees on energy efficiency and conservation,

Our Information Security and Privacy Policy

As FUPALIFT, in line with our "Working Principles", we are committed to implementing innovative and effective practices related to "Cybersecurity" and "Personal Data Protection", and we carry out our activities under the guidance of ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 standards. In line with these activities;

  • Protecting both electronic and non-electronic information in all FUPALIFT processes involving Sales and Marketing, Corporate Development and Technology, Production and R&D, Purchasing and Supply Chain, Financial and Administrative Affairs, including elevator spare part sales and elevator manufacturing,
  • Protecting electronic and non-electronic information in all our processes involving external providers such as Suppliers, Customs, Warehousing, Transportation, Export, and Import,
  • Protecting physical and electronic information assets, including security measures related to the Administrative Buildings and Facilities used in all processes of Sales and Marketing, Corporate Development and Technology, Production and R&D, Purchasing and Supply Chain, Financial and Administrative Affairs,
  • Fulfilling applicable legal and other requirements related to information security,
  • Continuously improving our Information Security Management System,
  • Protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, particularly the right to privacy, in the processing of personal data,

To this end;

  • Raising awareness of all our employees by providing training on information security,
  • Ensuring the continuity of our processes with minimal interruption within the scope of our activities,
  • Following up innovations and changes in our information security processes,
  • Conducting information security risk assessments and evaluating the potential consequences if identified risks occur,
  • Taking realistic actions based on the risk priority value in the information security risk assessment,
  • Initiating corrective actions for all actual or potential violations, eliminating the causes of nonconformities, and taking preventive measures to avoid recurrence,
  • Achieving our defined objectives within our information security processes,

Our Business Continuity Policy

As FUPALIFT, in line with our "Working Principle", we ensure business continuity to provide uninterrupted production and service, and we increase resilience in all our processes. Thanks to our dynamic infrastructure, we have the flexibility to switch to different working models. To manage what needs to be done during disasters and emergencies in a planned manner, we carry out our activities under the guidance of the ISO 22301 Standard. In line with these activities;

  • Ensuring the safety of life as our first priority during disasters and emergencies,
  • Conducting business continuity risk assessments and evaluating potential consequences in case identified risks materialize,
  • Continuously improving our business continuity management system,
  • Fulfilling applicable legal and other requirements related to business continuity,
  • Ensuring the continuity of our products and services,
  • Preparing a business continuity plan by considering the expectations of our customers and employees, our corporate policies, and legal requirements,
  • Conducting regular drills to ensure the functionality of our Business Continuity Plan during emergencies,

Our Customer Satisfaction Policy

FUPALIFT has adopted a customer-oriented approach to handling customer complaints and is open to customer feedback. We carry out activities to ensure that stakeholder behaviors are improved, and that our employees understand customer expectations and take a proactive approach to meet them. We manage activities regarding the receipt, evaluation, resolution of complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction, under the guidance of ISO 10001 and ISO 10002 standards. In line with these activities;

  • Keeping our customers' satisfaction at the highest level and responding to suggestions and complaints in the shortest possible time,
  • Continuously improving our customer satisfaction management system,
  • Providing the necessary resources to increase customer satisfaction,
  • Fulfilling applicable legal and other requirements related to customer satisfaction,
  • Considering all feedback from stakeholders as opportunities for improvement,

As FUPALIFT, in line with our "Working Principle", we aim to prevent bribery and corruption in all our activities conducted with our employees, suppliers, and stakeholders. With this intention, we carry out our activities under the guidance of the ISO 37001 standard.

  • All levels of management within the company will be responsible for ensuring the effective functioning of the anti-bribery and anti-corruption system,
  • Fulfilling national and international compliance obligations,
  • Continuously improving processes within the scope of our activities,
