Fupa Asansör İnş. Paz. San. ve Tic. A.Ş. is approaching the final phase of the new factory and test tower investment it began in 2018. This large-scale project, carried out without interruption, is regarded as one of the elevator industry's most significant investments—featuring modern office spaces, Türkiye’s tallest test tower, and high-capacity production facilities.

Located in the Gebze/Dilovası Machinery Organized Industrial Zone, Fupa Asansör’s new production facilities, test tower, and headquarters span a total of 15,000 m² of indoor space, comprising 10,000 m² of production area and 5,000 m² of office space.

The factory structure has now been completed, and finishing works are underway. Construction of the headquarters and test tower continues at pace, with the company aiming to begin full-capacity production at its new facilities in 2020.

INDUSTRY LEADER WITH ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY MANUFACTURING FACILITIES

The new Fupa facilities—built using cutting-edge construction technologies—are equipped to provide optimal working comfort and operational efficiency. Thanks to its 90-meter-high test tower, the facility will be able to test and certify elevators with speeds of up to 4.0 m/s and high load capacities. This will make it the tallest elevator test tower in Türkiye, and place Fupa among the select few facilities in Europe capable of conducting such tests.

Combining its highly qualified workforce with advanced technologies, Fupa Asansör is accelerating its journey toward becoming a global brand. The company has begun acquiring machinery from industry-leading manufacturers to equip its new production line—designed in accordance with Industry 4.0 principles and fully integrated with automation, ERP, and production monitoring systems. The new machines, featuring PLC and Industry 4.0 compatibility, will seamlessly communicate with the ongoing automation and MES software project, ensuring full traceability and maximizing efficiency across the shop floor.

NEW PRODUCTION STRATEGIES, NEW PRODUCTS

With its new facility, Fupa will produce more competitive product concepts tailored to both domestic and international markets. Strengthened by its partnership announced in a September 2019 press release, Fupa Asansör—now aligned with its new strategic partner Fermator—is generating widespread industry anticipation regarding which product lines will be manufactured at this site.
